Choose Canvas Size and Collage Design
Start by selecting the desired canvas size for your custom collage photos. Additionally, let us know what shape, word, number, or design you want for the collage arrangement.

Number of Photos
Our standard collage design can accommodate up to 20 photos. For additional photos beyond this limit, an extra charge of $5 per photo will apply.

Background Design
By default, the background color for the collage is plain white. If you prefer a different background design, please inform us of your specific requirements.

Adding Text
We offer free text customization for your collage. If you would like to include text, kindly let us know the details of what you want to be added.

Designer Team and Design Timeframe
Once we have gathered all the necessary details, our skilled designer team will begin working on your custom collage photos design. The design process typically takes approximately 3-6 days.

Design Draft Preview
After completing the design, we will send you a draft preview for verification and confirmation. You are entitled to make up to two rounds of free amendments to the design during this stage. Additional amendments beyond the initial two rounds will incur a fee.
Policy and Terms
Order Processing: Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Standard turnaround time is 10-15 days. Rush charges apply for urgent orders.
Pickup and Delivery: Customers can pick up orders at our designated location. Contactless drop-off is available within Auckland for an additional fee.
Postage and Shipping: Shipping fees for customers outside of Auckland or international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Cost calculation based on address and item size.
Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required for all orders, and work begins upon deposit receipt. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Part payments are accepted. Read More
