Custom Design and Photos
Our custom themed banners can accommodate a maximum of 5 photos. Each banner includes a custom design based on your theme or background preference. Please let us know the desired banner size and the specific theme or background you would like for the design.

Pricing and Additional Photos
The price of the custom themed banner includes the ready-to-hang banner and the custom design. For each additional photo beyond the initial 5, there is an extra charge of $5 per photo.

Background Removal
We provide 1 FREE background removal service for the photos included in the design. If you require additional background removal for extra photos, there is a charge of $20 per photo.

Design and Production Timeframe
Once we have received all the necessary details, our design team will create a customized design for your themed banner. The design and production process typically take a few days to ensure a high-quality result.

Confirmation and Payment
Once the design is complete, we will send you a preview for verification and confirmation.

Production and Delivery
We will proceed with the production of your custom themed banner. The production time may vary based on the complexity of the design and other factors. We will notify you when the banner is ready for pickup, delivery, or shipping.
Policy and Terms
Order Processing: Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Standard turnaround time is 10-15 days. Rush charges apply for urgent orders.
Pickup and Delivery: Customers can pick up orders at our designated location. Contactless drop-off is available within Auckland for an additional fee.
Postage and Shipping: Shipping fees for customers outside of Auckland or international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Cost calculation based on address and item size.
Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required for all orders, and work begins upon deposit receipt. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Part payments are accepted. Read More
