The banner comes with a sturdy and durable roll-up stand, making it easy to set up and display at various locations. A convenient carry bag is provided to store and transport the banner securely. A protective box is provided to store the entire banner setup when not in use.

To ensure stability, we include pegs that can be used to secure the banner in outdoor settings.

Photo Integration

 

You have the option to include up to 5 photos on your banner, at no additional cost. If you require more than 5 photos, each extra photo is priced at $5. Please provide the desired photos along with your order.

Background Customization

 

We offer the flexibility to choose your desired theme or background for the banner. Let us know your preferences, and our designers will incorporate the requested theme into the design. As a complimentary service, we provide 1 free background removal. If you require additional background removal for specific photos, there is an additional charge of $20 per photo.

Order Process

 

To initiate the order process, we require a half deposit payment. Once you have placed the order, kindly provide us with the relevant photos, text, and background theme preferences. Our skilled artists will then create a design based on your inputs. You will have the opportunity to preview the design and make up to 2 rounds of changes to ensure it meets your expectations.

Policy and Terms

  • Order Processing: Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Standard turnaround time is 10-15 days. Rush charges apply for urgent orders.

  • Pickup and Delivery: Customers can pick up orders at our designated location. Contactless drop-off is available within Auckland for an additional fee.

  • Postage and Shipping: Shipping fees for customers outside of Auckland or international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Cost calculation based on address and item size.

  • Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required for all orders, and work begins upon deposit receipt. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Part payments are accepted. Read More
